Handpick Vintage Clothes and Accessories at our Warehouse
At Vintage Wholesale Store, our Cardiff handpick warehouse showcases 7500 sq ft of space, dedicated exclusively for in-person and video handpick appointments. Our vintage handpick area is filled with premium and branded vintage clothing, all from a wide array of eras. Those who arrange a handpick appointment will be able to browse over a hundred categories of vintage clothes and accessories, meaning there is something for everyone. By choosing a handpick appointment, you are able to personally select the stock, choosing only items that you want.
We have new deliveries from around the globe arrive at our Cardiff warehouse every few weeks, receivng 20 tonnes of stock per month. This ensures we can continuously stock the very best vintage clothing and accessories for our customers.
We supply vintage clothing to a huge spectrum of customers, ranging from individual vintage resellers starting out all the way up to leading vintage retailers across the UK and beyond. So whatever your size or scale, we supply something for everyone. (Please note that there is a minimum spend of £500 + VAT when attending an in-person handpick appointment.)
How does an in-person vintage handpick appointment work?
You can use the contact form below to book in for an in-person handpick appointment. Please select your preferred date from the appointment calendar. After selecting your preferred date, please provide us with some brief information (via the contact form), such as a bit about your business, the type of stock you are after and any other necessary information that you may think be of benefit to us. If we believe we will be unable to provide you with the stock you have requested, one of our team will be in contact to go over the possible options.
Once you have submitted your appointment request, you will receive an email confirming your handpick. Should you be unable to attend please make us aware of this, preferably with 48 at least hours notice. If you book an appointment and do not attend (without informing us), we may not allow future bookings.
Please note, that there may be occasions where some of the brands or categories will be in limited availability. However, if this is the case, our team will work with you to come up with a viable solution. There may also be occasions where there is very limited availability for in-person appointments. So to guarantee your handpicking session, please book as far in advance as possible.
Upon arrival at our handpicking warehouse, you will be greeted by one of our warehouse team. They will be able to talk you through the process of how things work at the warehouse, as well as answer any questions or queries you may have. Once you are ready to start the handpicking session, our warehouse team will be on hand at every point, to help you find any items or categories you are specifically after. Each handpick appointment has an allocated 3-hour time slot.
Once you have completed your handpicking session, our team will tally up the cost and payment will be made. We can accept cash, card, bank transfer and Paypal payments.
At the end of the handpick, you are able to take the stock with you, or alternatively, we can send it to your preferred location if needed (via your preferred courier.).
Please note that our vintage wholesale warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 17:00pm. We are not open on the weekend so we cannot offer appointments on Saturdays or Sundays.
How does a video handpick appointment work?
We are also able to offer personalised video hand-pick appointments for customers who are unable to make it to our warehouse.
You can use the calendar below to book a video handpick appointment. Again, please let us know, via the contact form, a bit about your business, the type of vintage clothes you are after and any other useful information. Once you have submitted the video handpick request, you will receive an email confirming your online appointment.
The video handpick will be conducted by one of our warehouse team via Facetime. During the handpick, you will be able to ask any questions or queries you may have, with our team accommodating you as much as possible. Each video handpick appointment has an allocated 3-hour time slot.
Upon completion of the handpick session, an invoice will be sent over to you for payment. Once payment has been made we will ship the items out to you via a trusted courier.
Please note, that we currently only operate video handpicks two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays.) If you are hoping to do a video handpick but are unable to do so on either of these days, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate this, if possible.
