At Vintage Wholesale Store, our 7,500 sq ft Cardiff handpick warehouse is dedicated exclusively to in-person handpick appointments. The space is filled with premium, branded vintage clothing from a wide range of eras, with over 100 categories of clothing and accessories to browse—ensuring something for every style and business type. Handpicking allows you to personally select only the items you want.

We receive new deliveries from around the world every few weeks, bringing in approximately 20 tonnes of stock each month. This keeps our selection fresh and ensures consistent access to high-quality vintage pieces.

We supply a wide range of customers—from new independent resellers to major retailers across the UK and internationally—so whatever your scale, we can support your needs.

Please note: there is a minimum spend of £400 + VAT for in-person handpick appointments.

Use the contact form below to book an in-person handpick appointment. Select your preferred date from the calendar and provide a brief overview about your business, the type of stock you’re looking for, and any other helpful details. If we feel we’re unable to meet your requirements, a member of our team will reach out to discuss alternatives.

Once your appointment request is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you need to cancel, please let us know—ideally with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to attend without informing us may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Please note that some brands or categories may be limited at times. If so, our team will work with you to find suitable options. Appointment availability can also be limited, so we recommend booking well in advance.

When you arrive at the warehouse, a member of our team will guide you through the process and support you throughout your 3-hour handpicking session, helping you locate specific items or categories. At the end of your appointment, your items will be tallied and packaged. You can take your stock with you, or we can arrange delivery to your chosen location.

Our vintage wholesale warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. We unfortunately do not offer weekend appointments.
