Shipping and Returns
Before you purchase anything from VWS please pay close attention to the descriptions and additional information provided.
Vintage means pre-worn and loved. Our clothing has had a life before it even reaches you! Please be aware that some vintage items could show small signs of wear and tear due to age.
We offer full refunds or exchanges on most items that you have purchased, with the exception of sealed sacks. As they are sealed and unsorted by us, we cannot make any guarantees based on the contents, therefore excluding them from being a returnable product. To return any other items simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a member of our team will get back to you. Items must be returned within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (International) of receipt of goods.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition. Please note that our all our vintage items are pre-loved so may show signs of age. In all circumstances we have attempted to best describe the condition of our vintage items within the item description. Any items returned for faults that are clearly stated within the item description will not be refunded. We maintain detailed photos of all our vintage items and inspect each item carefully so please be aware. Any items received not in their original condition will be sent back to you. All items must be posted back via Recorded Delivery. VWS holds no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to card from which the original payment was made for the amount of your original order (excluding postage) plus the cost of your return postage. Please note that returns can take up to 20 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once we have received your item to keep you informed as to what's happening with your refund.
Please note that in all cases the initial delivery charges will not be refunded unless the order was cancelled by us, or the item is faulty, in which case you will receive a full refund.

All our items are sent via UKMail next day delivery, in partnership with DHL. In some cases where a high volume of items are purchased at once within the same order, the goods will be palletised in order to reduce the cost to you, the consumer. Please ensure the desired delivery address has the facilities to receive palletised goods - if you are at all unsure please don't hesitate to get in touch! Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information whilst the goods are in transit.
